Christ-Centered Teen Ministry, Not Teen-CenteredDennis Regling is available for your teen meetings. Strong preaching, fun illustrations and audience participation games make for a fun event that will also lead your youth into a closer walk with God.Dennis spent three years as a youth minister reaching low-income teens and teens from troubled homes. During that time, he had the joy of leading several teens to Christ. He has preached to teens at many churches and Bible camps. Dennis has preached over 200 times at juvenile detention centers in Ohio and West Virginia. His compassion for young people has grown through these experiences. His desire is that these young people not only recieve Christ as their Saviour, but that they get the tools to live a God-honoring life even in unGodly homes. All of Dennis' messages for teens include not only the gospel, but practical lessons to help youth make better decisions and handle tough situations. When you bring Dennis to your church or event, you are bringing an experienced teen leader The Importance of Teen MinistryOur culture continually seeks to conform the thinking of our young people. Our teens are constantly being pulled by the enticements of the world. Youth will daily face many unique temptations for the first time as high schoolers. In light of these temptations, we need to both preach Jesus Christ and help our young people understand how the gospel informs and directs every aspect of our lives. Ministering to teens is an evangelistic ministry because the teen years are a time when young people often intentionally choose to walk with the Lord. Therefore, the best thing we can do for our teens is to preach Christ. The starting place for true change is ONLY from a heart that has been changed by the gospel of Jesus Christ. It is from that genuinely converted heart that a teen can live worthy of the gospel. Neither our ministry or your church's youth ministry should take the place of the parent. Scripture is clear that it is the parents' responsibility to give spiritual teaching to their children. Ephesians 6:4 And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. Even though our meetings are aimed at teenagers, our goal of parental equipping remains the same because we believe this is in keeping with Scripture. Thus, at any one of our events, parents are encouraged to come and participate with their children. Parental involvement is a high priority because it positions parents to help their children apply the biblical teachings they receive at meetings and events.

Is not my word like... a HAMMER that breaketh the rock in pieces? --THE LORD, Jeremiah 23:29
According to a publication of the "US Center for World Missions", 85% of all people worldwide who decide to accept Jesus Christ as their Saviour, are between 4 and 14 years old. Other studies observed that: In the US, 90% of all pastors and missionaries got to know the Lord while they were children, and had a responsibility in church while they were children. The Christian churches lose more children of Christian parents, than they gain new converts by means of evangelistic efforts.
